肺癌腔镜手术后并发心律失常的危险因素分析及列线图模型构建
Analysis of risk factors for arrhythmia after laparoscopic lung cancer surgery and construction of a nomogram model

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors for arrhythmia after thoracoscopic surgery in lung cancer patients and to develop a predictive nomogram model.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-one lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery from Jul.2024 to Jan.2025 were selected,the occurrence of postoperative arrhythmia was observed.Clinical data were analyzed between patients with and without postoperative arrhythmia to identify the influencing factors,and a nomogram model was constructed and its predictive value for arrhythmia was analyzed.Results:Fifty-six patients developed postoperative arrhythmia,yielding an incidence of 24.24%.The proportions of patients with arrhythmia who were aged≥60 years,had a smoking index ≥400 pack-years,had hypertension,had FEV1%≤70%,and had a left atrial diameter>40 mm were 76.79%,73.21%,60.71%,64.29%,and 60.71%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in patients without arrhythmia(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,smo-king index,FEV1%,and left atrial diameter were the influencing factors for postoperative arrhythmia(P<0.05).The nomogram model achieved an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.791(95%CI=0.728~0.866,P<0.05)for predicting arrhyth-mia,with a sensitivity of 77.0%and a specificity of 80.5%.Conclusions:The incidence of arrhythmia after thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer is influenced by patient age,smoking index,FEV1%,and left atrial diameter.The constructed nomogram model demon-strates good predictive value for postoperative arrhythmia.关键词
