Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of a wireless intelligent laparoscopic system in modified transumbili-cal single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy(TUSILC)using conventional instruments via an umbilical"V"-shaped incision.Methods:Forty patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis who were admitted between Dec.2022 and Dec.2023 and had clear surgical indications were selected.Among them,20 patients underwent TUSILC using a traditional high-definition laparoscopic system(conventional group),and 20 patients underwent TUSILC using a wireless intelligent laparoscopic system(wireless group).The pre-operative preparation time,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,image clarity,handling sensation,and image transmission latency were compared between the two groups.Results:All 40 patients successfully underwent modified TUSILC via a transumbilical"V"-shaped incision using conventional instruments.No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in operative time,intraoperative blood loss,image clarity,or image transmission latency(P>0.05),and the surgeons reported a superior handling sensation of the laparoscope in the wireless group.Conclusions:The application of the wireless intelligent laparoscopic system in modi-fied TUSILC using conventional instruments via a"V"-shaped umbilical incision is safe and feasible.It shortens preoperative prepara-tion time and improves the surgeon's handling sensation of the laparoscope.The wireless design and wide-angle lens effectively alleviate the problems of limited instrument movement space and interference in single-port surgery,thereby optimizing the operational experience and safety in single-port surgery.关键词
