摘要
Abstract
China-Africa renewable energy cooperation represents a significant domain for advancing Africa's energy transition and facilitating the global expansion of China's green technologies.Currently, the two sides have achieved notable milestones in solar, wind, and hydropower collaborations and China supports the optimization of Africa's energy structure through engineering contracts, technology transfers, and industrial partnerships.Nevertheless, the traditional cooperation model faces such multiple challenges as geopolitical risks in Africa, constrained financing channels, technological suitability disparities, and pressures from a complex and volatile international landscape. This paper proposes innovative pathways for cooperation in several dimensions. At the project level,China and Africa should focus on developing"small yet smart"demonstration projects and promote their inclusion in the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation(FOCAC)framework.Technologically,a three-dimensional model encompassing scenario-specific application, localized manufacturing, and scaled development should be established. From the financing perspective,a"government-guided+market-driven"approach is recommended, alongside fuller utilization of innovative financial instruments and funding platforms.Regarding operation and maintenance,a multi-revenue system integrating electricity tariffs, carbon trading, and value-added services should be constructed. At the international level, forming consortia to refine cooperation mechanisms will bolster Africa's low-carbon energy development while creating new opportunities for the internationalization of China's green technologies.关键词
