"一带一路"高质量能源合作的十大特征
Ten features of high-quality energy cooperation in the Belt and Road Initiative
摘要
Abstract
Since the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)was proposed in 2013,energy cooperation—one of its pillars—has become a key driver of sustainable economic growth across participating countries.Ten hallmarks now define high-quality BRI energy cooperation:(1)deeper and more concrete engagement,(2)mutual benefit and win-win outcomes,(3)smart and high-efficiency solutions,(4)convenient interconnectivity,(5)green and low-carbon pathways,(6)long-term sustainability,(7)stability and resilience,(8)symbiotic integration,(9)innovation and openness,and(10)demonstrability and replicability.To date,cooperation has yielded notable gains in depth,value,efficiency and impact.Yet the transition to green energy,the acceleration of digitalisation,the harmonisation of standards,the safeguarding of project sustainability and the prevention of systemic risks remain formidable challenges.To raise the quality of BRI energy cooperation,future efforts should prioritise the deep integration of green energy and digital technologies,innovate financing instruments and benefit-sharing models,strengthen multilateral governance and regional coordination,and embed BRI energy projects ever more tightly into host countries'industrial structures and national energy strategies.关键词
