摘要

Abstract

Under the background of AI-empowered project-based teaching,this study explores the transformation and development paths of higher vocational education in Northeast China,taking the intelligent construction major in Heilongjiang Province as an example.Based on the 2025 Two Sessions Work Report and the Heilongjiang Provincial Territorial Spatial Planning,the current status of vocational education is analyzed,including scale expansion,regional characteristics,faculty development,and international comparisons.The study identifies problems in the transformation of Project-Based Learning,such as faculty maladaptation,resource shortages,and imperfect evaluation systems,and discusses the application opportunities and challenges of AI technology in areas like personalized learning,intelligent assessment,and virtual simulation.Through practical case studies of the intelligent construction major,reform strategies are proposed,including the"learning through competitions"model,faculty enhancement,and industry-education integration.The research provides theoretical guidance and practical paths for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in Northeast China.
