新时代高校实践育人工作路径探究

Abstract
The work of cultivating talents through practice in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education,an important way to carry out ideological and political education for young college students in the new era,and an important support for promoting the comprehensive development of college students'practical abilities and overall qualities.The Communist Party of China and the state have always attached great importance to the practical education work in universities.In recent years,the practical education work in universities has been continuously developed,but there are also some weak links and significant problems.In order to meet the higher requirements of the times and social changes for young college students,and further enhance the overall effectiveness of practical education in universities,it is necessary to actively explore the path of practical education in universities in the new era,and cultivate high-quality talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.关键词
