教育专用大模型赋能MPA研究生创新能力培养

摘要

Abstract

The cultivation of innovation capability is the core of graduate education.Currently,the training of MPA(Master of Public Administration)talents faces severe challenges,including weak interdisciplinary education,a lack of differentiated and personalized education,a disconnect between educational content and practical application,and closed educational processes,all of which hinder the enhancement of innovation ability in MPA students.The development of modern educational-specific large models offers an unprecedented new opportunity to address these challenges.To effectively promote the cultivation of innovation ability in MPA students,the use of educational-specific large models is leveraged to form an open MPA intelligent education ecosystem,establishing a human-machine collaborative innovation mechanism in MPA education.This creates the theoretical foundation for driving the innovation capability cultivation of MPA students with educational-specific large models.By constructing a framework that integrates"educational-specific large models+MPA innovation education,"the intelligent transformation of educational scenarios is implemented,along with the innovation of the MPA education system by embedding artificial intelligence and optimizing educational content.This provides a clear implementation pathway for empowering MPA students'innovation ability cultivation through educational-specific large models.Despite the challenges of a shortage of interdisciplinary teachers and ethical risks associated with large models in MPA education,this can be addressed by optimizing the teacher workforce structure and building an ethical review mechanism.Research indicates that the deep empowerment of MPA students'innovation capability by educational-specific large models effectively responds to these challenges,promotes the innovative development of MPA education,and cultivates high-level innovative talents in public management.
