"一带一路"引领西南低碳人才共育探索与实践
摘要
Abstract
The"Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality"proposed by China at the 75th General Assembly of the United Nations,is not only a positive response to global climate change,but also a challenge for China to solve its own economic and social development problems and contradictions.As a western university in China,especially in the cultivation of outstanding and innovative talents for environmental subject,there is an urgent need for reform to adapt to the new demands of educational development under the concept of"low-carbon development".Therefore,updating educational ideas,talent cultivation modes,and reform paths have become the irresistible trend.Taking"Carbon Farming"as the starting point,this paper aims to explore the integration of the"the Belt and Road Initiative"construction concept and the green low-carbon environmental innovative talent training mode,and analyze its guiding role in the construction of high-quality professional"Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality"talent training system.On this basis,a reform idea of the trinity talent training mode was proposed:building an international and innovative talent training system for graduate students of environmental subject with"one core,two wings,and three drivers";establishing the core concept of comprehensive cultivation of"1+N abilities"for graduate students;establishing a"1+3"mentoring team with the universities in countries along"the Belt and Road Initiative".We do hope that through the implementation of the above reform program,the teaching level in western universities of China can be effectively improved,the students'comprehensive quality can be highly enhanced,thus raising high-quality talents in the field of environmental science and engineering that meet the needs of social development.关键词
