摘要

Abstract

The cultivation of top talents in atmospheric science is a crucial pathway to support China's strategic needs in building meteorology power and enhance international competitiveness,while also constituting a core component of implementing the national talent development strategy.Current cultivation systems exhibit significant disparities in talent selection mechanisms.Notably,challenges persist in curriculum restructuring,deep integration of scientific training with practical education systems,and effective implementation of ideological-political education.This study proposes practical reforms including modular restructuring of specialized curricula,establishment of a dual-cycle ideological-political education framework,development of comprehensive practical teaching systems,collaborative industry-academia-research platforms,and innovative virtual-physical class management models.These initiatives effectively align with the cultivation objectives of fostering"harmonious development of benevolence and wisdom"and"pursuit of excellence"among top-tier talents,providing implementable solutions for cultivating world-class atmospheric science leaders with global competence.
