摘要

Abstract

To promote the cultivation of academic-oriented undergraduate talents,this study implemented an integrated teaching methodology combining Lecture-Based Learning(LBL),Team-Based Learning(TBL),Online Merge Offline(OMO)instruction,SPOC(Small Private Online Course),and seminar-based pedagogy in clinical integrated Chinese and Western medicine courses.A total of 765 five-year undergraduate students from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine's Integrated Western Medicine program(2020-2022 cohorts)were enrolled as participants.Using a random number table method,students from each academic year were divided at the class level into control and experimental groups.The control group received 144 instructional hours of"LBL,TBL,and blended online-offline"teaching,while the experimental group underwent a combined approach integrating"LBL,TBL,OMO instruction with SPOC and seminar-based pedagogy".Post-intervention evaluations assessed educational outcomes and teaching satisfaction.Results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher academic performance scores(P<0.05)and teaching satisfaction ratings(P<0.05)compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences observed.
