"双碳"背景下新能源材料与器件专业卓越人才"三阶贯通"培养模式研究

Abstract
"Fundamentals and Applications of Chemical Power Sources"is a core compulsory course for the New Energy Materials and Devices specialization in Metallurgical Engineering.Aligned with China's"Dual Carbon"strategy and the upgrading demands of the new energy industry,the course aims to cultivate outstanding engineering talents capable of addressing complex engineering challenges across the entire chemical power supply chain and possessing potential for independent innovation.Leveraging the research strengths of National First-Class Disciplines and A+-rated Metallurgical Engineering programs,the course pioneers a"three-stage integrated"industry-education collaborative teaching model centered on foundational cognition,engineering practice,and industrial innovation.By incorporating industrial chain requirements and translating cutting-edge technological advancements into pedagogical content,the curriculum establishes a progressive competency development system featuring immersive engineering scenario-based learning,full-process project-based practical training,and industry pain point-oriented innovation.This approach systematically enhances students'abilities to resolve complex engineering challenges in chemical power material design,device development,and system integration.This study established a bidirectional university-enterprise talent cultivation paradigm characterized by"disciplinary leadership,industry-education synergy,and competency progression"for metallurgical engineering professionals in new energy materials and devices.The study provides a replicable pathway for cultivating high-level,interdisciplinary,and innovative engineering talents to serve China's Dual Carbon strategy.关键词
