间断洗胃联合反复血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的临床疗效评估
Treatment outcome evaluation of intermittent gastric lavage combined with repeated blood perfusion in the treatment of acute severe organophosphate pesticide poisoning patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intermittent gastric lavage combined with repeated hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:A total of 94 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from October 2015 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment modality.The treatment group was treated with intermittent gastric lavage combined with repeated hemoperfusion,while the control group was treated with single gastric lavage.The impact of the treatment modality on the hospitalization time,dosage of atropine and pralidoxime,duration and requirement of mechanical ventilation,mortality rate,and incidence of pulmonary infection and respiratory failure was analyzed using multiple linear regression and logistic regression.Results:Significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of the hospitalization time,atropine dosage,duration of mechanical ventilation,requirement for mechanical ventilation,and incidence of pulmonary infection(P＜0.05).However,after adjusting for the confounding factor of vasoactive drug use,the differences in the hospitalization time and incidence of pulmonary infection were no longer statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent gastric lavage combined with repeated hemoperfusion can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.It is an effective treatment plan to improve the prognosis of such patients,but its long-term impact on mortality still needs to be further verified by large-sample studies.关键词
