电生理适宜技术治疗肾绞痛的临床研究
Clinical effect of electrophysiological appropriate technology on renal colic

Abstract
Objective:To verify the validity and reliability of electrophysiological appropriate technology on renal colic.Methods:A total of 150 patients with renal colic who were hospitalized from January 2021 to October 2023 were included as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,patients were divided into electrophysiological group,medication group,and combination group,with 50 cases in each group,and the treatment effects of each group were compared.Results:In terms of therapeutic efficacy,the electrophysiological group,drug group,and combination group all showed good therapeutic efficacy,with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).In the analgesic onset time,the combination group had the quickest onset time,while the electrophysiological group had the longest onset time,with statistical significance(P=0.004).Thirty minutes after treatment,the VAS scores of the combination group and the drug group were lower than those of the electrophysiological group(P<0.001).However,120 minutes after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores among the three groups(P=0.056).In terms of adverse reactions,the electrophysiological group had significantly fewer adverse reactions than the other two groups,with the highest rate in drug group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:Electrophysiological appropriate technology have good therapeutic effects on acute renal colic with minimal side effects.Combining medication for pain relief in patients with high pain levels can achieve rapid analgesic effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
