胸腔镜心脏手术患者围手术期应用布地奈德混悬液对肺功能保护的临床研究
Clinical study of budesonide suspension on lung function protection in thoracoscopic cardiac surgery patients during the perioperative period

Abstract
Objective:To study the protective effect of budesonide suspension on perioperative lung function in thoracoscopic cardiac surgery patients.Methods:The medical data of 100 cases with thoracoscopic cardiac surgery from June 2021 to June 2023 in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University was analysed.They were randomly divided into an observation group(50 cases,nebulized budesonide suspension+chymotrypsin)and a control group(50 cases,nebulized chymotrypsin).Comparison was made between the two groups about the percentage of measured and theoretically predicted maximumventilation per minute(MVV%),the percentage of first second lung capacity to total lung capacity(FEV1%),and the incidence of pulmonary complications(including respiratory insufficiency,pulmonary infection,and atelectasis)between the two groups of patients.Results:After surgery,the observation group had higher postoperative indicators than the control group in terms of MVV%and FEV1%at the first second(P＜0.05).The observation group had a lower postoperative pulmonary complications than control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The use of budesonide suspension in thoracoscopic cardiac surgery patients has a protective effect on postoperative lung function.It can effectively reduce postoperative pulmonary complications in patients.关键词
