Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of neurophysiological monitoring in reducing intraoperative neurological injuries during spinal surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 305 spinal surgeries performed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2021 to June 2024,where the Nihon Kohden MEE-1200C neurofunctional tester was used to monitor somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP),motor evoked potentials(MEP)amplitude changes,and abnormal nerve conduction velocities.Results:Among 305 patients who underwent spinal surgery,62 were identified as positive early warnings,with a positive early warning rate of 20.3%.Among them,the positive early warning rates for cervical spine,thoracic spine,and lumbar spine surgeries were 25.0%,12.0%,and 18.9%respectively.Conclusion:Neurophysiological monitoring during spinal surgery can promptly detect abnormal nerve conduction velocities,effectively alerting surgeons to prevent neurological injuries and minimizing damage to the nervous system.关键词
