康复新液联合造口护肤粉治疗小儿肠造口周围皮炎的临床疗效观察OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of the application of rehabilitation solution combined with ostomy skin care powder in pediatric perioral dermatitis.Methods:A total of 60 cases of pediatric perioral dermatitis admitted to the Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random numerical method,they were divided into the ostomy skin care powder group(using ostomy skin care powder),the rehabilitation new fluid group(using rehabilitation new fluid)and the combined group(using ostomy skin care powder+rehabilitation new fluid),with 20 cases in each group.Treatment effectiveness,dermatitis healing time,pain relief time,number of days in hospital,cost of hospitalization,and family satisfaction scores among the three groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in age,gender,weight,type of enterostomy,extent and degree of dermatitis among the three groups(P＞0.05).On the third day of treatment,the total effective rate of the three groups had significant difference(P＜0.05).Further profiling,using a Bonferroni-adjusted significance level(α=0.017),the analysis revealed that only the combination group and the ostomy skin care powder group had significant differences(P=0.013)and the other groups had no significant difference(P＞0.017).The duration of dermatitis healing,pain relief,and hospital stay were shorter in the combined group than in the ostomy skin care powder group and the rehabilitation new fluid group,and the cost of hospital stay was lower than in the ostomy skin care powder group and the rehabilitation new fluid group.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The family satisfaction score of the combined group was higher than that of the ostomy skin care powder group and the rehabilitation new fluid group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rehabilitation new fluid and ostomy skin care powder can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the healing time of skin lesions,pain relief time,hospital stay,reducing hospital expenses and improving the satisfaction of family members.
