河北省数字农业发展效率的非参数统计研究
Non-parametric statistical study on the development efficiency of digital agriculture in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the development efficiency of digital agriculture in Hebei Province and narrow the gap in digital agriculture development among various prefecture level cities,based on the panel data of 11 prefecture level cities in Hebei Province from 2014 to 2023,the non-parametric dynamic DEA-Malmquist method is adopt to measure and analyze the development efficiency of digital agriculture in Hebei Province;the Kruskal-Wallis,Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney,and Jonckheere-Terpstranon parametric methods are used to test the differences and monotonic trends in efficiency of prefecture-level cities at three levels;the non-parametric Kernel density estimation method is used to characterize the distributed dynamic evolution characteristics of digital agriculture development efficiency in Hebei Province.The results show that the total factor productivity of digital agriculture in Hebei Province is increasing at an average annual of 0.6%,which is driven by the joint progress of technical efficiency and technological progress rate;at the significance level of 5%,there are significant differences and monotonic decreasing trends in total factor productivity and technological progress rate of prefecture-level cities at three levels;the regional differences in the development efficiency of digital agriculture in Hebei Province have widened,and there is a obviously multi-pole differentiation phenomenon.关键词
