天然橡胶初加工轴向全刀式破碎机械装置仿真设计与试验
Simulation Design and Test of Primary Processing of Natural Rubber Axial Full-blade Type Crushing Machinery

Abstract
To enhance the quality of the primary processing of natural rubber and optimize the performance of crushing operation for natural rubber,this paper presented the design of an axial full-blade type crushing mechanical device,which was primarily composed of an electric motor,pulley,speed reducer,coupling,main shaft,double-edged rotating blades and stationary blades.This device was specifically designed for the crushing and impurity removal of natural rubber with low moisture content.A three-dimensional prototype of the device was constructed using the mechanical design software SolidWorks.The model encompassed the overall structure of the device,the main box component,the spindle component,and the fixed and moving blades.Finite-element models of the moving and fixed knife sets were developed using ANSYS software,respectively.Static analysis and sixth-order modal analysis were conducted on the double bladed moving knife and the fixed knife.The analysis results demonstrated that both the moving and fixed knife assemblies satisfied the operational requirements.Based on theoretical design principles and engineering practice experience,a prototype of the axial full-blade type crushing mechanical device was fabricated.Employing four types of low moisture content natural rubber as test materials,the crushing test results indicated that the maximum weight of a single natural rubber piece was within 0.2 kg,the thickness was less than 2 cm,and the uniformity could reach more than 80%.Moreover,the system exhibited excellent compatibility and stable operation,fulfilling the design and operational requirements.This study provided a theoretical foundation for the design of key components in a novel crusher for the primary processing of natural rubber.关键词
