罗竹蒸笼外围片定宽机的设计与试验研究
Design and Experimental Research on the Fixed-Width Machine for the Outer Strips of Luo Bamboo Steamers

Abstract
This study addressed the chanllenges of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and insufficient automation in the manual fixed-width processing of outer strips for Luo bamboo steamers by developing an automated fixed-width machine.The equipment primarily consists of a cutting mechanism,transverse/longitudinal feed mechanisms,a reset mechanism,a control system,and a frame.SolidWorks was utilized to complete 3D modeling of key components,while ANSYS facilitated static and modal analyses of the cutting mechanism.Experimental validation of the prototype demonstrated that the simulation results align with measured values within a reasonable margin of error.The equipment significantly enhances bamboo strip processing efficiency and advances automation and intelligence in the production of outer strips for Luo bamboo steamers.关键词
