摘要

Abstract

Following the outbreak of African swine fever,the pressure on biosecurity prevention and control in pig farms has significantly increased.Traditional electronic ear tags have notable shortcomings in terms of wearing reliability,data collection accuracy,and epidemic early warning capabilities.This study developed a robust and high-precision smart ear tag system.Accurate temperature measurement was achieved through the integration of temperature sensors and predicting algorithms from ear temperature to anal temperature.Health abnormalities could be detected 24 hours before fever by monitoring activity through integrated motion sensors.Combined with rapidly deployable distributed data transmission nodes and a smart cloud platform,it enabled dynamic health monitoring and early warning of diseases.In practical applications at a large-scale breeding pig farm in Guizhou,the system successfully provided early warnings for multiple fever cases,demonstrating its clinical practical value and significance in improving disease prevention and control efficiency in pig farms.
