Analysis of the Effect and Investment of Different Process Technologies in Pig Farm Waste water Treatment

Abstract
With the support of a World Bank loan project,the author organized the construction of a sewage treatment project for seven pig farms in Zhanjiang Yihao local pig farm.Through monitoring the sewage treatment systems of seven pig farms,including Huangsha Water,Ma'annan,Niujiaowan,Qilian,Shitouling,Yanggan Fertilization Farm,and Yanggan Breeding Pig Farm,the results showed that the process combination of"pretreatment anaerobic anoxic aerobic physicochemical treatment"can effectively reduce the chemical oxygen demand(CODcr),biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),total phosphorus(TP),and suspended solids(SS)in the sewage,and significantly reduced the number of fecal coliforms.The effluent water quality of each farm met the dry farming standard of"Irrigation Water Quality Standards for Farmland"(GB 5084-2005).This article.evaluated the differences in the treatment effects of different process combinations on pig farm wastewater and proposes optimization suggestions,aiming to provide scientific basis and technical reference for similar projects.关键词
