舒肝顺气丸治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑或抑郁症状(肝郁气滞证)患者的临床观察
Clinical observation of Shugan Shunqi Pills in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety or depressive symptoms(liver Qi stagnation syndrome)

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shugan Shunqi Pills in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with anxiety or depressive symptoms(liver Qi stagnation syndrome)and to explore its mechanism.Methods A total of 46 pa-tients diagnosed with FD from a hospital in Chongqing between September 2021 and September 2022 were selected as study participants.They were treated with Shugan Shunqi Pills for 4 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy was observed,and the patients' FD symptom scores,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,anxiety symptom scores(measured using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale,GAD-7),and depression symptom scores(measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale,PHQ-9)were compared before and after treatment.Adverse events were recorded.Results After treatment,the o-verall response rates of overall therapeutic efficacy,FD therapeutic efficacy,and TCM syndrome therapeutic efficacy of the patients were 60.87％,63.05％,and 78.26％,respectively.The anxiety and depression symptoms showed significant improvement,with overall response rates reaching 93.48％and 100.00％,respectively.The overall response rates for individual FD symp-toms,such as postprandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain,and epigastric burning,were 58.70％,86.96％,73.91％,and 93.48％,respectively.After treatment,the FD symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,GAD-7,PHQ-9 scores,and individu-al TCM syndrome scores all decreased significantly compared to before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The distribution of anxiety and depression symptom levels also showed significant enhancement,with differences reac-hing statistical significance(P＜0.05).No serious adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion Shugan Shunqi Pills are safe and effective for treating FD with anxiety or depressive symptoms(liver Qi stagnation syndrome).It can alleviate patients' anxiety and depression symptoms and raise their quality of life.关键词
