蒜头果化学成分及其药理作用研究进展
Research Progress on Chemical Components and Pharmacologi-cal Effects of Malania oleifera

Abstract
Malania oleifera is a unique monotypic species in China and a national second-class protected wild plant.Its seeds are rich in various components such as nervonic acid,fatty acid,volatile oil,protein,amino acid and mineral elements.In recent years,M.oleifera has shown significant application potential in pharmaco-logical effects such as neuroprotection,anti-tumor,anti-inflammation and antibacterial,especially in the high-value utilization of nervonic acid.Therefore,the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacologi-cal effects of M.oleifera is reviewed and the effects of geographical distribution,plant growth and develop-ment stage and extraction methods on the content of nervonic acid and other components in the kernel of M.oleifera were comprehensively analyzed in this article.It is believed that most of the current studies focus on oil components,and there is still a lack of systematic research on the active components of non-oil parts(such as proteins,polysaccharides,flavonoids and polyphenols in pulp,peel,branches and leaves).In addition,the efficient green extraction process of nervonic acid is not yet mature,and the pharmacological mechanism mostly stays at the stage of in vitro and animal experiment.The lack of clinical evidence limits its industrial development and clinical application.In the future,multi-technology should be used to deeply analyze and de-velop the active components of M.oleifera,so as to promote the in-depth application of M.oleifera in the fields of prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases,anti-tumor drugs and functional health prod-ucts.关键词
