5种金花茶干花瓣挥发性成分比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Volatile Components in Dried Petals of Five Types of Golden Camellia

Abstract
In order to explore the differences in the composition of volatile components in the flowers of Ca-mellia sect.Chrysantha(Theaceae)and their potential application value,five types of dried petals of C.nit-idissima,C.impressinervis,C.longzhouensis,C.pubipetala and C.tunghinensis were used as the research objects.The volatile components were identified and analyzed by solid phase microextraction(SPME)com-bined with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that a total of 53 volatile components were detected from the dried petals of five types of golden Camellia,mainly including aldehydes,terpenes,alkanes,hydrocarbons,alcohols and esters.Alkanes and aldehydes were found in the dry petals of the five types of golden Camellia,among which aldehydes accounted for the highest proportion in C.nitidis-sima,C.impressinervis and C.pubipetala.C.longzhouensis was dominated by hydrocarbons,alkanes,and terpenes.The relative content of olefins,hydrocarbons and alcohols in C.tunghinensis was relatively high,which constituted its main characteristic components.Nonanal was detected in the dried petals of five types of golden Camellia,which was the common core component.In summary,there are significant differences in the composition and relative content of volatile components among different golden Camellia species,and the characteristic components may be the chemical basis of its unique floral aroma.The results of this study can provide scientific reference for the breeding of specific aroma golden Camellia varieties and the development of food-derived products.关键词
