摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the differences of chemical composition and physiological active substances be-tween different parts of Sauvagesia rhodoleuca,the amino acid composition and nutritional value of root,stem and leaf of S.rhodoleuca were analyzed and evaluated.With ethanol as the extraction solvent,three kinds of crude extracts of S.rhodoleuca were obtained by ultrasonic-assisted extraction.The in vitro antioxi-dant capacity of the extracts from different parts of S.rhodoleuca was evaluated by indicators such as 1,1-di-phenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH·)scavenging rate,hydroxyl radical(·OH)scavenging rate and to-tal reducing power.The results showed that:(1)The contents of polysaccharides,total phenols(tea polyphe-nols),total saponins and crude fiber were the highest in the roots,the content of total flavonoids(anhydrous rutin)was the highest in the stems,and the contents of ash,protein,fat and total nitrogen were the highest in the leaves.(2)A total of 16 kinds of amino acids were detected in the leaves of S.rhodoleuca,including 7 es-sential amino acids.15 kinds of amino acids were detected in the root and stem,including 6 essential amino acids,no methionine(Met)was detected.The Score essential amino acid Ratio Coefficient(SRC)of leaves was the highest,indicating that the amino acid nutritional value of leaves was the highest among the three parts.(3)The highest content of major elements in roots,stems and leaves was all Potassium(K),and the lowest content of major elements was all Phosphorus(P).The types of trace elements detected were the same species,and the content was Manganese(Mn)>Zinc(Zn)>Aluminium(Al)>Iron(Fe)>Copper(Cu)>Selenium(Se).(4)The crude extract of the roots of the S.rhodoleuca exhibited strong antioxidant activity.In summary,the nutrient content of the leaves was the most abundant,the antioxidant capacity of the roots was strong,and the content of active substances was high.The development and utilization of related health products can be carried out according to the value characteristics of different parts.This study can also provide some basic data for the further development of the protection strategy of S.rhodoleuca and the in-depth study of its chemical composition.
