镉胁迫对3个杨树品种生长和生理生化及镉富集特征的影响
Effects of Cadmium Stress on Growths,Physiological and Biochemical and Cadmium Enrichment Characteristics of Three Poplar Cultivars

Abstract
In order to investigate physiological responses and cadmium(Cd)enrichment characteristics of differ-ent poplar varieties under Cd stress,using Populus bolleana,Populus×euramericana'Siyang-1'and Populus del-toides'Zhonglin 2025'as experimental materials,pot experiment was conducted to simulate Cd stress environ-ment.Seedling heights,biomass,antioxidant enzyme activities and Cd contents in different organs were mea-sured.Principal component analysis was employed to evaluate their Cd tolerance.Results showed that with in-crease of Cd concentration,seedling height of P.bolleana showed trend of first increase and then decrease,un-derground biomass,aboveground biomass and total biomass decreased.Seedling height,aboveground biomass and total biomass of P.×euramericana'Siyang-1'showed trends of first increase and then decrease,under-ground biomass decreased.Seedling height of P.deltoides'Zhonglin 2025'decreased,underground biomass,aboveground biomass and total biomass showed trends of first increase and then decrease.Malondialdehyde contents,superoxide dismutase activities and peroxidase activities of three poplar cultivars showed trends of first increase and then decrease.Catalase activities of P.bolleana and P.×euramericana'Siyang-1'increased,while catalase activity of P.deltoides'Zhonglin 2025'showed trend of first increase and then decrease.Proline content of P.bolleana showed trend of first increase and then decrease,whereas proline contents of P.×euramer-icana'Siyang-1'and P.deltoides'Zhonglin 2025'increased.Chlorophyll content of P.bolleana decreased,while chlorophyll contents of P.×euramericana'Siyang-1'and P.deltoides'Zhonglin 2025'showed trends of first in-crease and then decrease.Cd contents in roots,stems and leaves of three poplar cultivars increased,with over-all trends being root>stem>leaf.P.deltoides'Zhonglin 2025'had the highest Cd content in roots,while P.bolle-anaexhibited the highest Cd contents in stems and leaves.Order of Cd tolerance of three poplar cultivars was P.×euramericana'Siyang-1'>P.deltoides'Zhonglin 2025'>P.bolleana.关键词
