桂西南国外松优良家系早期选择
Early Selections of Superior Exotic Pine Families in Southwestern Guangxi

Abstract
In order to provide basis for selection and utilization of superior germplasm resources of exotic pines,16 6-year-old exotic pine families(including full-sib families of Pinus elliottii×P.caribaea,half-sib families of Pinus elliottii female parent and half-sib families of Pinus caribaea var.hondurensis male parent)were used as research materials.Using mixed families of first-generation seed orchard of Pinus massoniana(CK1)and mixed families of 1.5-generation seed orchard of P.elliottii(CK2)as controls,early growth traits and parental contributions were evaluated through analysis of variance,genetic analysis and gain estimation.Superior fami-lies and individuals were selected.Results showed that there were significant differences in growth traits among 16 families,and variations were rich.Individual volumes of 13 families exceeded both CK1 and CK2.Full-sib families of P.elliottii×P.caribaea showed significant heterosis.Male parent effect significantly enhanced proge-ny growth performance,and male parent and female parent interaction generated significant heterosis in full-sib families.Using individual volume as selection index,7 superior families were preliminarily selected.Aver-age individual volume of 7 superior families was 0.055 6 m³,which was 47.48%and 46.32%higher than those of CK1 and CK2 respectively.PEE1×PCH2 family was optimal family,with average individual volume 76.60%and 75.16%higher than those of CK1 and CK2 respectively,and average heterosis of individual volume was 88.14%.31 superior individuals were preliminarily selected,with average individual volume 178.30%and 176.10%higher than those of CK1 and CK2 respectively.关键词
