摘要

Abstract

In order to promote cultivations of Picrasma quassioides plantations for branch and leaf production,30 P.quassioides strains were used as experimental materials in pot experiment.Growth traits and biomass in-dexes of 30 P.quassioides strains were measured.By principal component analysis combined with clustering analysis,superior and candidate superior individuals of P.quassioides plantations for branch and leaf produc-tion were screened.Quality analysis of superior and candidate superior individuals was conducted according to stipulations on alkaloid contents in local standards for further screening.Results showed that based on growth traits and biomass indexes,3 superior and 5 candidate superior individuals of P.quassioides plantations for branch and leaf production were selected.Combined with alkaloid content determinations,JCJ101,JCJ201,JCJ102 and JX101 strains could serve as superior individuals of P.quassioides plantations for branch and leaf production with short growth cycle,while TD101,PG101,PX101 and PG102 strains could serve as candidate superior individuals of P.quassioides plantations for branch and leaf production with short growth cycle.
