低温贮藏对不同芒果品种品质特性的影响
Effect of Low-Temperature Storage on the Fruit Quality Characteristics of Different Mango Varieties

Abstract
[Objective]Mango is a tropical and subtropical fruit,and storage temperature is an important factor affecting its shelf life and fruit quality.This study aimed to investigate the effects of low temperature(13℃)storage on the fruit quality characteristics and postharvest decay of differ-ent mango varieties,in order to provide a theoretical basis for variety-specific preservation and opti-mization of storage technology.[Methods]Seedless fruits and normal fruits of Guifei,and fruits of Yexiang,Repin 16,Hongyu,Kent,and Kate,from the Panzhihua area of Sichuan Province were used as the experimental materials.Both room temperature(25~30℃)storage and low temperature(13℃)treatment groups were set,and the fruit quality indicators such as color change,weight loss rate,soluble solids content(SSC),total acid content,and disease index of postharvest decay in different mango varieties were measured after 7,14,21 and 28 days,respectively.[Results]Compared with the room temperature storage treatment,the low-temperature storage treatment could significantly delay the senescence of mango fruits,inhibit the color change of the peel,re-duce the weight loss rate and disease index of postharvest decay.However,cold injury symptoms such as browning of peel and deterioration of pulp occurred after 28 days of cold storage.Under room temperature storage for 14 days,the maximum weight loss rate was 19.28%for Yexiang and the minimum 10.48%for Kent.Under room temperature storage for 14 days,normal fruits of Gui-fei,Hongyu,and Kent had obvious decay.The maximum disease index was 89.75%for Repin 16 and the minimum 31.33%for normal fruits of Guifei.SSC was at the highest and total acid content was at the lowest when all varieties were fully ripe.With increase of storage time,the SSC showed a decreasing trend while the total acid content changed very little.Under low temperature storage for 28 days,seedless fruits of Guifei had the highest storage tolerance while Repin 16 the lowest based on appearance.The maximum weight loss rate was 12.89%for Yexiang and the minimum 6.35%for normal fruits of Guifei.The maximum disease index was 69.92%for Kate and the minimum 20.08%for Kent.The SSC in the fruits of all the varieties stored at 13 oC was lower than that of fully ripe mangoes under normal temperature storage,while the trend of total acid content varied.[Conclu-sion]Under low temperature storage condition,seedless fruits of Guifei,Kent,and Yexiang had better storage tolerance based on appearance.Normal fruits of Guifei,Hongyu,and Kent had lower weight loss rate,and Kent,Hongyu,and seedless fruits of Guifei had lower disease index.Kent and Hongyu mangoes had better storage performances while Repin 16 and Kate mangoes had poorer storage performances at 13℃.Anyway,mango storage at 13℃should not exceed 28 days.If the storage time is too long,after ripening,the SSC in pulp will drop sharply and the total acid content will increase,which may make the mangoes inedible.关键词
