摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the issues of large power output fluctutions,insufficient active support capability,limited par-ticipation in frequency and voltage regulation of grid-forming direct-drive wind turbines under high power integra-tion,a novel topology and coordinated control strategy combining grid-forming energy storage and a nine-switch uni-fied power quality condition is proposed.First,a comprehensive mathematical model of the proposed topology is constructed,and a active power regulation and interia support control method of the grid-forming energy storage based on the virtual synchronous generator mechanism is proposed.Then,complementary dynamic responses be-tween the energy storage system and the UPQC under disturbances is achieved byconstructing coordinated control framework,thereby enhancing the overall frequency stability and voltage support capability of the system.Finally,the system model is set up in MATLAB/Simulink and such three typical working conditions as wind power fluctua-tion,frequency disturbance and severe voltage drop are set up to verify the effectiveness of the scheme.The simula-tion results show that the strategy can effectively suppress output fluctuatino of wind power,enhance frequency and voltage support ability as well as significantly improve stability of wind power system.
