光周期诱导起始时间对桂糖系列甘蔗亲本开花习性的影响
Effects of Photoperiod Induction Start Time on Flowering Habits of Parental Sugarcane in the Guitang Series

Abstract
To optimize the flowering regulation techniques for the Guitang series of sugarcane and clarify the effects of different photoperiod induction on their flowering habits,this study used six Guitang series sugarcane parents,such as Guitang35 and Guitang44,as experimental materials.The induction start dates were set as May 1st(T1),June 1st(T2),and a natural light control group(CK).The initial flowering time,flowering rate,pollen fertility,and flowering characteristics of the parents after induction were systematically investigated and analyzed to explore the effectiveness of photoperiod conditions in inducing flowering in Guitang series sugarcane parents.The results showed that a 12 h 25 min photoperiod induction significantly advanced the initial flowering time of the tested parents,with the T1 group showing a more pronounced advance compared to the T2 group,averaging 25 days earlier.In terms of flowering rate,the final flowering rate of the T1 group was significantly higher than that of the T2 and CK groups.Regarding pollen fertility,some parents in the T1 group exhibited better pollen fertility than those in the T2 and CK groups.The findings indicate that initiating a 12 h 25 min photoperiod induction for Guitang series sugarcane parents from May 1st is effective,providing technical support for precise flowering synchronization and improved pollination efficiency in hybrid breeding parents.关键词
