国内白砂糖中蔗糖分测定能力的现状分析
Analysis of Sucrose Determination Capability in Domestic White Granulated Sugar

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the capability of domestic sugar manufacturers in determining the sucrose content in white granulated sugar,identify key factors affecting the accuracy of results,and provide a basis for improving testing proficiency.In accordance with the requirements of CNAS-CL03:2024"Criteria for accreditation of proficiency testing providers",a proficiency testing program was organized.Homogeneity and stability tests were conducted on the samples,and results were statistically analyzed using the robust statistical method Algorithm A with Z-score evaluation.The results showed an overall satisfactory rate of 84.4%,with a satisfactory rate of 93.8%for sample group A and 87.5%for sample group B.Analysis of questionable or unsatisfactory results revealed issues in some laboratories,including inadequate control of testing environments,improper instrument calibration,non-standard operational procedures,and insufficient understanding of standard methods.This study highlights the weaknesses in sucrose content determination within China's sugar industry,indicating that while the overall testing capability has a certain foundation,there is still room for improvement.The findings provide clear directions for subsequent corrective measures and contribute to enhancing the quality control of white granulated sugar products in China.关键词
