不同多孔菌多糖对变应性鼻炎模型小鼠的作用研究
Study on the effects of polysaccharides from different polyporous fungi on allergic rhinitis model mice

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of polysaccharides from different polyporus fungi on allergic rhinitis model mice.Methods:Three kinds of polysaccharides,named GSP,SVP,and PCP respectively,were obtained from Ganoderma si-nensis,Sanghuangporus vaninii and Poria cocos after purification and deproteinization.A total of 60 female BALB/c mice were utilized to establish the allergic rhinitis(AR)mouse model through the administration of ovalbumin(OVA),and divided into the control group,the model group,the positive control group(0.084 1 mg/kg of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray),the GSP group(200 mg/kg of GSP i.g.),the SVP group(200 mg/kg of SVP i.g.),and the PCP group(200 mg/kg of PCP i.g.).Each group of mice was intervened once every day for two weeks.Nasal allergy symptoms of mice were observed and scored.Pathologi-cal changes of nasal mucosa were detected by H&E staining,concentration of serum total IgE and OVA specific IgE were detect-ed by ELISA.The relative expression levels of inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6,and TNF-α were determined using qRT-PCR assay.The mass of thymus and spleen was measured and the index of thymus and spleen was calculated.Results:Three polysaccharides all could alleviate the nasal inflammation symptoms of AR mice,and SVP was the best.SVP could restore the nasal mucosa and reduced the concentration of serum IgE and OVA specific IgE.In addition,SVP could increase the index of thymus,balance the relative expression level of inflammation-related cytokines,and stabilized immune system function.Conclu-sion:SVP can improve the symptoms of AR model mice.关键词
