调节性细胞死亡在白癜风发病机制及靶向治疗中的研究进展
Research progress on regulatory cell death in the pathogenesis and targeted therapy of vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Vitiligo is a common disfiguring skin disease with a complex pathogenesis and is easy to diagnose but difficult to treat.In recent years,studies have shown that various forms of regulatory cell death(RCD),including apoptosis,autophagy,ferrop-tosis,pyroptosis,and necroptosis,are involved in the pathological process of vitiligo.Each form of RCD has its unique mechanism of occurrence,which can cause damage to melanocytes and promote the progression of the disease.Targeted therapy against RCD may improve the condition of vitiligo.This article comprehensively expounds the mechanisms of action and the latest research prog-ress of five forms of RCD in the pathogenesis of vitiligo,with the aim of providing new ideas for a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of vitiligo and the development of targeted treatment strategies.关键词
