The Exemption Criteria for Quality Assurance Requirements of Risk-Informed Safety Classification
摘要
Abstract
With the development of Probabilistic Safety Analysis(PSA)and risk-informed technologies,as well as the regulatory,design,and operational needs of the nuclear power industry,the research on risk-informed safety classification in China has become increasingly in-depth.Based on the results of risk-informed safety classification,the design and operational requirements of some system equipment can be reduced,thereby effectively enhancing the safety and economy of nuclear power.However,while there has been a clear consensus in China on how to carry out risk-informed safety classification,there is no unified understanding of the criteria for exempting safety-related item design and operational requirements based on the classification results.This paper proposes criteria recommendations for exempting Quality Assurance(QA)requirements of safety-class items based on risk-informed safety classification,in accordance with relevant regulations and industry practices.These recommendations can be applied to nuclear power plants and other types of reactors.关键词
