Abstract
The basic concepts,regulatory background,scope,contents and objectives of Fitness for Duty(FFD)in nuclear power plants are described in this paper.The article also provides a detailed analysis of the requirements of the FFD program in the United States and conducts a comparative analysis of key ele-ments against China's nuclear safety regulatory practices.Eventually,some recommendations of FFD regula-tion in China are proposed in the paper.关键词
