基于CHES-FY系统的西服面料风格主客观评价研究
Research on subjective and objective evaluation of suit fabric style based on CHES-FY system

Abstract
In order to realize the evaluation of the tactile style of suit fabrics,an objective evaluation of suit fab-rics is carried out using a textile feel stylometer(CHES-FY),which integrates the measurement functions of styles such as fullness,stiffness,roughness and looseness;at the same time,based on the principle of the CHES-FY system,the subjective evaluation method for wool or wool-type fabrics is formulated;and through the analy-sis of the relationship between subjective and objective evaluations,verify the feasibility of the CHES-FY sys-tem for testing suit fabrics and further improve the evaluation system and standards.By analyzing the relation-ship between subjective and objective evaluation,the feasibility of CHES-FY system in testing suit fabrics is verified,and the evaluation system and standards are further improved.Specific research contents and conclu-sions include:1.The objective styles of fabrics such as fullness,stiffness,roughness and looseness are tested by CHES-FY system,and the corresponding subjective evaluation methods are proposed by combining the princi-ples of the system;2.Comparison and analysis of the results of the subjective and objective evaluations reveals that the two have a certain degree of linear correlation,with the Pearson correlation coefficients above 0.8,which is strong correlation,and it also reveals that the subjective and objective evaluations of the CHES-FY sys-tem have the following results.The objective indexes tested by CHES-FY system have good correlation with the subjective style;3.By establishing the linear regression equations between the basic test data of textile feel stylometer and subjective evaluation,the correlation coefficients with stiffness,fullness and roughness are 0.85,0.73 and 0.97 respectively.The results show that the results of subjective and subjective evaluations are positive-ly influenced.关键词
