葡萄糖传感器的研究进展
Research progress of glucose sensors
摘要
Abstract
Glucose sensors are the core of blood glucose detection technology and can meet the needs for pre-cise blood glucose monitoring in chronic diseases such as diabetes.According to whether enzymes are involved in the reaction,glucose sensors can be divided into enzyme-based glucose sensors and non-enzyme glucose sen-sors.Based on the detection principles of these two types of electrochemical glucose sensors,highlights the ma-jor research advancements in recent years regarding the application of metal materials,metal compounds,metal-organic frameworks,and carbon materials in enzyme-free glucose sensors.Among them,metallic nanomaterials mainly focus on gold-based nanoparticles and platinum-based nanoparticles while metal compound materials primarily cover ZnO,Co3O4,and Ni-Co bimetallic phosphides;metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)mainly dis-cuss single-metal MOFs,bimetallic MOFs,and composite materials of MOFs and carbon materials primarily discuss carbon nanotubes,graphene,and carbon dots.Finally,provide an outlook on the future development di-rections of glucose sensors.关键词
