微生物有机肥耦合免耕播种对小麦土壤理化性状及产量的影响
The effects of microbial organic fertilizer coupled with no-till sowing on soil physical and chemical properties and wheat yield

Abstract
To explore the effects of application of organic fertilizer with conservation tillage on the physical and chemical properties of wheat soil,a split-plot experiment was conducted.The main plots included conventional sowing(S1)and no-tillage sowing(S2),and the subplots set three fertilization treatments of no nitrogen fertilizer(N0),full chemical fertilizer(N1,300 kg/hm2)and full chemical fertilizer+bio-organic fertilizer(N2).We measured soil bulk density,organic carbon and its components,total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and wheat yield.The results showed that the water-soluble organic carbon(WSOC)in the 0-40 cm soil layer of no-tillage sowing group significantly increased by 17.81%compared with that of conventional sowing group,and the total organic carbon(TOC)and particulate organic carbon(POC)in the 20-40 cm soil layer of S2 significantly increased by 17.83%and 18.32%,respectively.Compared with S1,the total nitrogen(TN),ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N),available phosphorus(AP),and available potassium(AK)in the 0-20 cm soil layer of S2 increased by 13.58%,23.33%,4.65%,39.22%,and 17.58%,respectively,and the number of grains per spike increased by 17.72%.The soil bulk density of N2 was significantly lower than that of N0 and N1 by 3.49%and 10.13%,respectively.When compared N2 treatment with N0 and N1 treatment,TN and NH4+-N increased significantly by 22.18%-24.67%and 12.31%-13.86%in the 0-40 cm soil layer;NO3--N,AP,and AK increased significantly by 6.52%to 313.67%,5.96%to 26.36%,and 26.09%to 200.45%,19.60%to 149.88%,26.46%to 60.30%,and 26.46%to 60.30%,15.30%to 125.04%in the 0-100 cm soil layer;the number of spikes and the number of grains per spike increased significantly by 55.71%and 9.96%,and 21.18%and 11.31%,respectively,reaching the highest yield as 8587.80 kg/hm2.Treatment S2N2 demonstrated the smallest soil bulk density,the highest contents of NO3--N,AP,and AK in the 0-100 cm soil layer,as well as the yield.In conclusion,the no-tillage method combined with the application of full chemical fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer had the best effect on improving soil physical and chemical properties and increasing yield.关键词
