制度因素对新质生产力发展的组态效应研究
Research on the Configuration Effect of Institutional Factors on the Development of New Productive Forces

Abstract
The new quality productivity,as a crucial focal point for promoting high-quality economic de-velopment in the new era and on the new journey,raises an urgent issue regarding how to provide institu-tional guarantees for its advancement.Based on institutional theory,this study constructs a theoretical a-nalysis framework of"government-market-society"and employs dynamic QCA methods to empirically investigate the configurational paths and spatiotemporal evolution patterns that lead to high-level new quality productivity using provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022.The results indicate that achieving the development of new quality productivity requires synergistic effects from multiple factors;no single institu-tional factor is necessary for constituting high-level new quality productivity.Three types of institutional configurations are identified:"government-market dual promotion""government-market-society multi-promotion"and"market-society dual promotion".Furthermore,market competition plays a uni-versally beneficial role in fostering the development of new quality productivity.In terms of spatiotemporal evolution,the consistency levels among these three types of institutional configurations tend toward stabili-ty over time,with an overall trend indicating an increasing explanatory power concerning the development of new quality productivity.Additionally,there exists heterogeneity in the configurational paths for devel-oping new quality productivity across different regions.This research concludes by analyzing the interac-tive relationships among influencing factors from an institutional configuration perspective,aiming to pro-vide novel empirical evidence and policy insights for promoting the advancement of new quality productivi-ty.关键词
