热敏灸联合平衡针疗法治疗气虚血瘀型女性慢性盆腔疼痛临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响
Clinical Efficacy of Thermosensitive Moxibustion Combined with Balanced Acupuncture in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis Type and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of thermosensitive moxibustion combined with balanced acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain(CPP)of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type in women,as well as its influence on inflammatory fac-tors.Methods:A total of 106 female CPP patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,who visited Xi'an TCM Hospital of Encepha-lopathy affiliated to Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2024,were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,while the observation group received thermosensitive moxibustion combined with balanced acupuncture.After 3 months of treatment,the changes in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Traditional Chi-nese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Glazer pelvic floor surface electromyography parameters,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α and IL-1β before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups showed improvements in VAS score,HAMA score,TCM syndrome score,Glazer pelvic floor surface electromyography parame-ters,and serum inflammatory factor levels(P<0.05),and the observation group was saperior to the control guoup(P<0.05).The ef-fective rate of the observation group was 92.45%,which was higher than 83.02%of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion:Thermosensitive moxibustion combined with balanced acupuncture therapy can ef-fectively alleviate pain and anxiety symptoms,improve pelvic floor muscle function,and reduce serum inflammatory factor levels in fe-male CPP patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and its curative effect is superior to that of ibuprofen sustained-release cap-sules.关键词
