一种新型截面浮式防波堤的消波性能研究
Wave attenuation performance of a novel cross-section floating breakwater

Abstract
This study proposed a new type of cross section of floating breakwaters to overcome the limitations of ex-isting floating breakwaters,which are difficult to attenuate over a longer cycle of waves.Using the computational fluid dynamics software Star CCM+,several flume experiments were conducted to analyze its wave attenuation per-formance.The results showed that,under the condition of an incident wave period of T=10 s,the transmission co-efficient of the new cross-section breakwater proposed in this study was reduced by approximately 20%compared with existing floating breakwaters with an approximate overall size or similar cross-sectional area.Thereafter,the effect of the local cross-sectional dimensions on the wave attenuation performance of the floating breakwater was as-sessed.Moreover,the influence of the local size of cross section on the wave attenuation performance of the floating breakwater was examined.The results showed that,when the length of the horizontal wave guide plate increased from 5 m to 9 m,the Ct of the breakwater under T=10 s waves could be reduced from 0.6 to 0.5.Furthermore,adding multiple rows of vertical plates at the bottom can reduce Ct by 5%to 12%,which effectively improves the performance of the breakwater.关键词
