Abstract
Aiming at the problem of width controlling of coal pillars between super-long working faces,No.135104 Face of Anshan Mine was taken as the research object,through the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test,the stress response of coal pillars between super-long working faces was revealed and a reasonable range of coal pillar width was proposed.According to the limit equilibrium theory of rock mass,the theoretical width range of coal pillar was 11.53 m>w>9.88 m.Through the comparative analysis of numerical simulation,it was concluded that due to the existence of the goaf in the super-long working face,the stress response of the coal pillar was inclined to the goaf side as a whole,and the plastic failure range of the coal pillar near the goaf side was obviously larger than that of the roadway side,which verified the superiority of the 10 m coal pillar in the deformation of the surrounding rock.Through the monitoring of the stress of the coal pillars between the faces and the monitoring of the damage of the side of the crossheading,it was seen that the distance of the peak stress was greater than that of the conventional working face due to the stress of the super-long working face.It was determined that the advance support distance of No.135104 Face should be kept above 50 m.关键词
