Abstract

By using cyclohexylamine as the carbon source and nitrogen source,three strains with efficient degradation ability of cyclohexylamine were screened out through enrichment culture,and a two-stage continuous flow aerobic reactor was built for cyclohexylamine wastewater treatment;bacterial adhesion was promoted by adding activated carbon filling,and metagenomic sequencing analysis was carried out.Three strains of cyclohexylamine were screened out,and the TOC removal rates of 1 000 mg/L cyclohexylamine wastewater were 92.3%,94.2%,and 28.6%,respectively,and the removal rates were 97.2%,63.1%,and 10.4%when the mass concentration of cyclohexylamine was increased to 3 000 mg/L,respectively.The total removal rate of two-stage TOC remained above 85%,and the ammonification efficiency was stable at more than 80%(after 21 d)when the mass concentration of cyclohexamine in the influent water was 10 000 mg/L.The activated carbon filler promoted the enrichment of the microbial community,which increased the Chao index and Shannon index of the microbial community to 2.80 and 1.24 times,respectively,and the species richness and diversity were improved.
