摘要

Abstract

Through a 163 d continuous experiment treating oxytetracycline production wastewater in an up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor,this study investigated the treatment performance and microbial community dynamics under different organic loading rates(OLR).The results show that the mesophilic UASB reactor can maintain stable operation at OLR of 1-4 kg/(m3·d),achieving a COD removal efficiency of 60.1%.When the OLR increases to 5 kg/(m3·d),the COD removal efficiency sharply decreases to 30.2%,accompanied by reactor acidification and destabilization.Throughout the operation,carbohydrate degradation remains stable across OLR without significant accumulation,whereas protein removal efficiency is higher at lower OLR but decreases to 66.3%under high OLR.In the bacterial community,the phylum Firmicutes dominates carbohydrate degradation with a relative abundance of 49.40%,maintaining carbohydrate removal rates exceeding 86%even under high OLR.Within the archaeal community,increasing OLR promotes a shift in the methanogenic pathway from hydrogenotrophic to acetoclastic methanogenesis.However,excessively high OLR lead to a decline in the abundance of Methanosaeta to 25.40%.
