区块链嵌入流域治理的法治路径研究
Legal Pathways for Integrating Blockchain into Watershed Governance
摘要
Abstract
In the new stage of development in China,watershed governance plays a prominent role in the modernization of national governance.However,current watershed governance faces challenges such as inadequate coordination mechanisms among administrative entities,malfunctioning regulatory and supervisory mechanisms,and insufficient market-oriented ecological compensation mechanisms.These issues can potentially be addressed through the integration of blockchain technology.The value of embedding blockchain into watershed governance lies in reshaping the collaborative governance framework and promoting joint regulation and supervision.Nevertheless,risks such as technological loss of control,data privacy concerns,and the lack of capacity among governance entities also exist.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the regulatory framework for technology from a legal perspective,promote blockchain privacy compliance,enhance the blockchain application capabilities of diverse stakeholders,and ensure that blockchain-empowered watershed governance operates healthily within the rule of law.关键词
