Abstract
Thrust accuracy is an important technical index of liquid rocket engines,which has a great impact on the orbit accuracy of spacecraft.Based on the comparison of various thrust accuracy control schemes,a real-time thrust chamber pressure feedback and active closed-loop control technical scheme is proposed for a staged combustion cycle liquid rocket engine.A thrust stabilization system is built and verified through engine system simulation and hot test.The results show that the consistency between the system simulation and hot test results is high,and the thrust accuracy control scheme is feasible,which can control the thrust accuracy of the staged combustion engine within±2%in real time.However,the scheme will increase the gas temperature of the system,and the specific increase is related to the adjusted cycle.It is necessary to ensure that the high-temperature working components have sufficient temperature margin.关键词
