空间液体火箭发动机振动试验超差的分析与控制
Analysis and control of the excess vibration in test of space liquid rocket engine
摘要
Abstract
In response to the problem of control curve deviation in sine and random vibration tests of space liquid rocket engines,the reasons for the control curve deviation in engine vibration tests were analyzed from the aspects of inherent frequency of engine,test condition,fixture stiffness and connection damping of vibration system,and solutions were proposed.For sine vibration tests,when conducting tests on a small-tonnage vibration table,resonance near the natural frequency can cause the control curve to exceed the tolerance.The resonant peak value drops as the test magnitude around resonant frequency goes down,but the excess vibration still occurs.This excess vibration could be solved when the sine vibration test was carried out on a large-tonnage vibration table.As for random vibration test,tough condition,low stiffness and small connection damping can all lead to excess vibration in the high frequency region.Therefore,designing high-stiffness fixtures and improving connection damping are proposed to solve the problem of high frequency excess vibration in the random vibration control curve.关键词
