摘要

Abstract

For the satellite propulsion systems with tank fixed by straps,a finite element model was established to analyze the mechanical environment adaptability of satellite propulsion system.The results show that this fixation type is not applicable for large scale mechanical vibration conditions.In order to improve the mechanical environment adaptability of satellite propulsion system,a fixation type of tank was proposed,and a mechanical environment adaptability analysis was conducted.The simulation results show that the mechanical environment adaptability of satellite propulsion system is improved significantly.For the support fixation type,the fatigue life of propulsion system under sinusoidal and random vibration conditions were predicted by frequency domain analysis method.The results show that the stress of tank,valve and pipe is lower than the fatigue limit,indicating that the tank support fixation type is suitable for fixing large mass components such as satellite propulsion systems with high safety margin requirements.The vibration test results of the propulsion system verify the correctness of simulation model and the effectiveness of support fixation.
