摘要
Abstract
The actuation characteristics of solenoid valves under full operating conditions have a crucial impact on the normal functioning of liquid rocket engine systems.To accurately analyze the switching characteristics of liquid rocket engine solenoid valves across all operating conditions,an intelligent identification method for solenoid valve actuation characteristics based on differential mirroring was proposed.The method initially determines the moments of solenoid valve opening and closing actions by examining the step response characteristics of current signals at the instant of power application and removal.Subsequently,the local extremum properties of the second-order differential of the current signal was employed combined with two mirroring operations,to quantitatively analyze the parameters of the solenoidvalve actuation characteristics.Engineering applications demonstrate that this method can achieve 100%identification of thesolenoid valve's switching states and implement a unified standard for quantitative detection of solenoid valve actuation characteristic parameters.This significantly enhances the utilization rate of data resources,improves the efficiency of solenoid valve actuation characteristic detection,and validates the design criteria for the solenoid valves.关键词
